Standard Service Agreement • 2026
1. Services
XiHelp provides Managed IT Services, including but not limited to Azure/Cloud configuration, Server Maintenance, Hardware Sales, and Data Recovery.
2. Hardware Sales & Returns
- Orders: All orders for hardware (e.g., Dell Laptops, Servers) are subject to availability.
- Title: Goods remain the property of XiHelp until paid for in full.
- Returns: Subject to the manufacturer’s (Dell/Microsoft) standard return policies.
3. Data Recovery & Backups
No Guarantee: While XiHelp employs advanced techniques, we cannot guarantee all data is recoverable. Success depends on media damage.
It is the client's responsibility to verify that backups (On-prem or Cloud) are functioning correctly unless a specific "Managed Backup" contract is in place.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, XiHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
